Lost or Stolen Articles

To report Lost or Stolen Checks:

• Contact the credit union as soon as possible! We are open 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, and can be reached at 651-264-0669, or outside the Twin Cities 800-229-2848.
• If it's after business hours and you know the missing check numbers, you can do an immediate stop payment. Simply login Solutions@HOME and click on "Check Services" then "Check Stop Pay". Make sure to contact us first thing the next business day as well.

To report a Stolen Visa® Check/ATM Card:

• During business hours, contact us immediately at 651-264-0669 or 800-229-2848.
• After business hours, call 800-535-8440.

To report a Lost or Stolen Visa® Credit Card:

• Contact Visa customer service immediately at 800-991-4964.
