Like CATHY, Solutions@HOME is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition to scheduled periods of downtime, there may be other, unscheduled, periods of downtime due to technical problems or non-routine maintenance. This page is intended to give our members as much notice as possible as to when these downtimes will occur. (All times are approximate and may run shorter or longer, we will do our best to keep them updated if a significant change is expected)
