I keep getting the message "The page cannot be displayed. The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings". What's wrong?

This happens sometimes for older versions of Internet Explorer (and also AOL, since AOL uses Internet Explorer). We have found there are a few settings you need to make sure are enabled.
Go to the "Tools" menu, then "Internet Options", then "Advanced".
Scroll down and make sure that PCT1.0, TLS 1.0, SSL2.0 and SSL3.0 are checked. Also, check to make sure cookies are enabled. Close your browser and then try to log on again. This should fix your problem.
If you still get "This page cannot be displayed", try upgrading your browser to the most current and stable version, switching to a different browser or running updates on your PC or Mac. The server you are trying to reach may also be down at the moment. Please try your request after waiting 15 minutes or simply contact the credit union to make sure Solutions@HOME is available.
To upgrade your browser, search Google for your preferred browser (Internet Explorer , FireFox , Safari ).
