Solutions@HOME supports OFX (Open Financial Exchange)
. OFX is a specification for the electronic exchange of financial data between financial institutions, business and consumers via the Internet. We have provided some helpful instructions for your convenience.
Quicken Online is a new service that United Educators CU is waiting to be added as a financial institution. If you would like to make a request, simply use go to Quicken's site . Fill in the form as required, and when you get to the question "What is the web address of the page you use to sign in to your account at this bank?" enter https://access.uecu.coop/ as the web address. Once Quicken adds us to the list, you can centralize your accounts online with Quicken.
Solutions@HOME can be accessed using these products; Microsoft Money 2007 and newer as well as Quicken 2007 and newer. The documentation is listed below.
With banks, brokerage firms and Web sites now providing a range of options for managing personal finances, the consumer need for Microsoft Money Plus has changed. After suspending annual updates of Money Plus in 2008, Microsoft is announcing that they will no longer offer Microsoft Money Plus for purchase after June 30, 2009.
Using the documentation below, you can set up your financial software and keep your transaction history up-to-date. Just follow the steps to connect your account to Solutions@HOME. If you receive an error while setting up your account, double check the format of your account number, member number, password and routing number when needed.

Quicken offers an extensive knowledge base for common answers not solved in our documentation.
Microsoft also offers support for Money. If you receive an error, please clipboard the error and search for answers using Quicken or Microsoft's sites. The error will more than likely give you a result with steps on how to resolve the situation.
Quicken Online Backup is a service provided through Quicken. If you are experiencing problems using the backup feature, please refer to the Quicken Knowledge Base or contact Quicken.
