Direct Deposit and Payroll Deduction

Direct Deposit and Net Check:
If their employer offers it, members may have a Net-Check Deposit, which automatically transmits their whole paycheck (less taxes and other deductions) to United Educators Credit Union. The Direct Deposit Program may be also be used for Social Security, other benefit/pension checks, or your tax refunds.

Setting up Direct Deposit to my credit union account:
You need to fill out a form from your payroll department or whoever is initiating the direct deposit. They will need the credit union's routing and transit number and your member number.

Account number instructions:
To deposit in Savings, fill in your member number only.

To deposit in Checking, fill in the 12-digit number located in the middle portion of the number string at the bottom of your checks - beginning with 70949, and the next 7 digits.

  Direct Deposit Visual Aid  

Payroll Deduction saves members time every payday. Members may have a portion of their paycheck sent automatically to United Educators Credit Union for deposit into one or more of their accounts, as specified. The amount of the payroll deduction may be raised or lowered at any time. To sign-up for payroll deduction, members may pick up the necessary forms at their payroll department, any of the branches, or call United Educators Credit Union to have the forms sent to them.
