Host a Meeting
Hold an informal staff meeting yourself or host a credit union staff member at your school, in the morning or over lunches, to come in and discuss the benefits of credit union membership and provide a personal contact. We will provide treats, prizes, brochures, and be available to answer questions if needed.

Credit Union Provides:

• Donuts and Rolls for breakfast, Pizza for lunch, or Cookies/Snacks for after school meetings
• Credit Union Benefit Video (Available for download or request a CD)
• Posters and invitations announcing the meeting
• Meeting outline
• Credit union brochures and applications
• Credit union pen or other small gift for each attendee
• $10 Gift Card!

Ambassador Provides:

• Set up meeting time
• Inform credit union of date and quantity of materials needed
• Display posters and send invites to new staff members
• Order food, and mail or fax credit union receipt for reimbursement
• Hold meeting
• Provide feedback on the meeting to Amenah or Andrea via phone or e-mail

We do not expect you to hold a formal presentation, just a simple casual meeting explaining your experience with the credit union and the different benefits the credit union provides. We have provided an outline of a presentation to help guide you. Also, if you would like, you can invite a credit union staff member to come to your meeting.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Fill out the "Host a Meeting form"
2. Hang posters (66 kb) to advertise your event
3. Hand out invitations (27 kb) to your staff
