United Educators Credit Union is committed to protect our members' assets by having 24 hour fraud monitoring system that looks for suspicious or unusual activity 24/7/365 . If suspicious or unusual activity occurred on your account First Data Fraud Department will attempt to contact you on behalf of UECU to verify the transaction(s) in question using the phone number we have on file. If we do not have your current phone number and First Data Fraud Department was not able to contact you, your card may be temporarily blocked until transactions can be verified. If you are unable to take initial call or if your card is denied due to unusual activity please call them back at 888-233-7336 or contact United Educators Credit Union (Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM) at 651-264-0669 (local) 800-229-2848 (out of state) to verify transactions.
Please note that First Data Fraud Department representative cannot provide other UECU services to you the only service they provide on our behalf is transaction verification.
