My account has been debited for a payment but the payee reports they have not received the payment. What do I do?
When you are done reading our FAQ, please let us know how helpful it was!
If the payment is sent electronically, it will take up to 3 business days from the "Payment Date" to show up on your payee's account. For "check payments", please allow at least 6 business days for mailing/processing time to show up on your payee account. If these processing times have elapsed and your payee still has not received your payment, contact the Credit Union for further assistance with payment research.
