How do I determine why I was charged a Privilege Pay fee?

The following items may show up in your transaction history. Next to each item is a brief explanation and is meant to be a general guideline for defining what you may see in your transaction history. If you would like more information, please contact the credit union at 651-264-0669 or 800-229-2848.

ACH PRIVILEGE PAY FEE: An automatic debit overdrew your account and Privilege Pay covered the item without returning it to the merchant.

ATM PRIVILEGE PAY FEE: An ATM transaction overdrew your account and Privilege Pay covered the item without denying you at the ATM.

SD PRIVILEGE PAY FEE: A Bill Payment or Check overdrew your account and Privilege Pay covered the item so your payee or merchant could receive your payment.

DC PRIVILEGE PAY FEE: A purchase with your debit card overdrew your account and Privilege Pay covered the item without denying your transaction at the merchant.

Please note: Periodic payments (such as your UECU loan payment) that cause your account to overdraw will not be honored by Privilege Pay.
