Why do I have more than one VISA card listed under the Accounts screen?

Depending on your VISA® card renewal as well as other circumstances, such as compromised cards and fraud, you may see more than one VISA card listed on our Solutions@HOME Account screen. The expired VISA card will eventually be purged off the system and at that point, you will only see your active card listed. You can customize your account list and "hide" the inactive card while in Solutions@HOME. Go to Options > Show/Hide Accounts and select the inactive card.
